Wellman Cars have invested in the latest technology to meet our customer's needs. In 2017 we upgraded our data and dispatch system to iCabbi and our phone system to Disc to help us to continue to lead the way in the local private hire/taxi industry. 

This new system has allowed Well-Man Cars to now operate through our state-of-the-art app, which allows customers to book, track their taxi, call their driver and pay for their hire. We have also introduced an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system which allows regular customers to re-book hires from previous pick-up locations - ensuring the fastest booking process possible. Both booking options allow customers to to book for as soon as possible, pre-book and choose a vehicle type.

While we push forward to keep up with advances in technology, you can always rely on the trusty phone - we always have staff at the end of the line ready to assist you.

In March 2019 we were honoured to receive to receive the 'Family Business of the Year' and 'Staff Member of the Year' at the Scottish Taxi & Private Hire Awards.
